Note to self- DO NOT over exercise

Hey bloggers! So almost a month ago I've joined the gym with my friend, so far it's AMAZING :D Seriously any of you who want to release some stress or get toned up don't give a second thought about exercising , just don't over do it because you most certainly WILL pull a muscle , and it does not feel good. So at my local gym during the induction session the trainers set everyone up with a certain programme in order to work on your 'problem areas' and give you an effective work out without exhausting you. So because I tend to get carried away with stuff I decided to do a few extra sets for my arms and back exercises and guess what now it hurts -.- A lot. Anyway sorry for ranting again but seriously even if you don't want to pay for the gym you can easily do some basic exercises at home or go jogging :p It might be hard to start off with but once you begin there's no ending :) (In a good way)
